Impact of power outage
In the event of a power outage, power transmission is stopped, making it impossible for the appliance to obtain external power. It may include artificial power outages (such as: repair lines, power supply for peaks, power cuts, power outages, etc.), protection against power outages (eg, lightning protection, electrical overload prevention, etc.), accidental power outages (eg, vandalism, bad weather) , circuit short circuit, accidental disconnection, etc.). The daily use of vending machines will inevitably lead to power outages. For TV, computer and other electrical products, power outages have damage to them, often power outages and even cause malfunctions.
So is there a power outage that hurts the vending machine?
At present, commercial vending machines generally have refrigeration systems, most of which are compressor-type. This vending machine saves electricity and cools down quickly. When the refrigerant vaporizes in the evaporator, it absorbs heat and is cooled. The vaporized low-pressure refrigerant needs to be compressed into high-pressure, high-temperature steam by a compressor, and then cooled to a liquid by heat dissipation from the condenser. This cycle is mainly achieved by intermittent operation of the motor.
Each time the motor is started, the vaporized refrigerant is lightly loaded, so it is easy to start. If the plug is unplugged during the operation of the compressor motor and then energized, the motor will face a heavy load of high-pressure refrigerant, and startup will become very difficult or even impossible. At this time, the starting current of the motor will reach 10 times of the normal value, which is very likely to cause an accident of burning the compressor motor. Since the pressure will naturally decrease after 3-5 minutes of high-pressure refrigerant, plugging in again after 5 minutes will ensure that the motor will not be burnt. Similarly, the power grid is suddenly powered off, and power is immediately sent every few seconds, which is very harmful to the vending machine.
Install the vending machine instantaneous power-off protector, the power-off protector input is connected to the AC power supply 220 volts, and its output is connected to the vending machine plug. When the power is cut off instantaneously, the power-off protector automatically extends the power-off for 5-8 minutes. To meet the requirements of meeting and protecting vending machines. Vending machines without a momentary power-off protector, vending machine plugs, sockets, power leads, etc. should be kept in good contact. When encountering frequent power outages in the power grid and engineering and maintenance of the power grid and the home power system, it is necessary to temporarily stop using the vending machine. Of course, the department responsible for engineering and maintenance of the power grid should notify the user in advance.
It can be seen that the blackout has little damage to the vending machine, but short-term power-on after the power failure is very harmful to the vending machine, so be careful. Therefore, when the power is cut off, unplug the power plug in time to confirm that the power is restored to normal and then plugged in.
Emergency measures
1. In case of power failure, use a flashlight and other lighting tools to first check whether the internal power distribution switch and leakage protector are tripped.
2. If there is any smell, smoke and discharge in the room, immediately cut off all power sources to avoid fire.
3. The fuse is blown and should be replaced in time, but it cannot be replaced by copper, iron or aluminum wire.
4. Indoor emergency lighting sources such as candles and flashlights should be provided and placed in a fixed position.
5. Wire aging is easy to cause power failure, and should be reported to the relevant department for replacement as soon as possible.
6. If you find that it is not caused by indoors, you should contact the property management personnel in time.
